Common questions

Strategios is built for Nordic SMEs with 10–200 employees that have a board of directors and want to connect strategy to governance. Typical customers are growth companies, family businesses and companies preparing for investment or exit.
OKR tools (Perdoo, Mooncamp, Betterworks) track objectives but have no board governance. Board portals (Diligent, BoardEffect) manage documents but have no strategy. Strategios combines both — strategy map, OKR tracking, board decisions, e-signatures, ESG and AI board packs in one system.
CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) requires companies to report on ESG metrics. It applies to large companies from 2024 and is expected to extend to SMEs from 2026–2027. Strategios helps you start collecting data now so you are ready when the requirement hits.
All data is stored on Hetzner servers in Helsinki, Finland — within the EU and subject to GDPR. We do not use US cloud providers for data storage. Full Data Processing Agreement available.
